This weekend, I found automatically living out of a resolution I had at the beginning of the year 2009. The resolution was to get out more, and it was automatic because I was "drawn" to do it. In fact it seemed like I was unable to stay at home..had to get out.
So it was that on Friday night, I drove back to Clarksville to visit the little bar I had strumbled on during my recent exclusion there, where I had such a delightful visit, only to find the bar closed, whether for that particular night or for good, I am not sure. I drove back to Nashville and went to Purple Heys for kaokakake night which I NEVER do, hating Kaokake as I do.
On Saturday night, I decided to do the whole "Vickie" thing and go out again. I ended up having such a good time, talking with some people and what not, that I didnt leave till 3:15 in the morning. Oh and btw, bars here close at 3am so for at least the last 15 minutes I was inside with the door locked..but having THAT good a time.
Made it kind of hard to get up this morning for church but such is life. LOL
