A night Out

After three months and about a week, and planning to go out every weekend just about and then changing my mind either Friday or Saturday, I finally got out. I think it was good for me, altought it was not the most exciting night I have ever had. At least not at the bars...LOL

First stop was Purple Heys, where I had some french fries (I had only eaten once all day and that was some Chinese) and a coke. Purple Heys is basically a gay red neck bar with a honky tonk feel to it. The hight points there were getting some pictures made by the bartender with some pretty flowers up against a fireplace mantle and hearing some old country music that I kind of enjoyed. Who says artifical flowers on a shell of a mantle doesnt make a good backdrop for pictures..LOL. After a while, I went to my next stop, which was Tracs owned by Stephen Kiss. Some people there were friendly but it was a crowded bar so I went on to Angelica Devil's Jungle which was on the opposite end of the continium...very quite. They did have a show but several of the entertianers were absence tonight so it was an abreviated show. I got home about midnight, but all in all had an ok night, made better by meeting some people, one in particular.

The pictures are not necessarily the best, but they are adequate. After all, as I told somebody, I havent been out in so long, I need photographic evidence.
