The movie details his struggle to decide how to handle the situation of his parents having arranged a marriage for him with the daughter of a family that has been long time friends of his family, still living in India, whereas his family has moved to England.

You see, Jimi already is in a relationship, one that his parents dont know about. Does he dare tell his family about his relationship with Jack, or does he go thru with a marriage he does not want, just to make them happy. That is his struggle. It is not an easy adventure for any of those involved...and lots of people are involved.

Without giving away any details of the movie, lets just say that Jimi learns a lot about himself, AND his family, before it is over.
