Having not been out dressed since SCC 2007, which was almost 3 months ago, I decided that I needed to come out of my cocoon and go out. So, to help me HAVE to go out, I announced it to the SBS. Fredrikka was kind enought to join me.
Anyway, We met up at Blu Genes, have a drink and then went over to Outloud Cafe, a very pleasant little restaurant about 2 doors over, where Fredrikka introduced me to sweet pototoe french fries. I dont really usually like sweet pototoes but I did enjoy the friends. After eating and then going back Blu Gene's for another drink and some kaokoke (watching not preforming in), I cut loose. I did stop at Purple Heys, but it was quiet...altought one dude did flirt. Unfortunately I think he was trying to pick up a one night stand. I cut loose and came home about midnight. It was good to get out for my birthday. At least I didnt stay in my cocoon, which I need to start getting out of more often. :)
