Took the first week of the new year off for vacation but really didnt have the money to go anywhere except to my aunts 60th wedding anniversity for 1 day, but I did get "my girl on" on Friday night and go out on the town.
The more the bar scene in Nashville changes, it seems, the more it stays the same. Hit 3 clubs last night. Started at Purple Heys. Now this bar is owned by the guy that used to own the Jungle which is now owned by Angelica Devil. Confusing....kinda. Anyway, while there, I suckered some unsuspecting guy that apparently just came in for a hamburger into taking some pictures. He was really very sweet and worked with me to make sure they were good etc. Thanks to C on the very very off chance he is looking at this website. (I dont think he is into T's....maybe men...or maybe he is hetero and really did just stop for a hamburger, but if I am perchance wrong and he IS into Tgirls but was bashful...dont be hun, send me an email...wink))
I then stopped at Trax which is owned by a kewl guy named Stephen Kiss. I told him the news about Roy, and he was quite sorry..and treated me to a drink. All in all, a very nice visit. I then checked out the Jungle but there was kaokake afoot and I am not really a fan of good songs being murderized so left pretty soon. But while there, Angelica did buy my drink and I got a chance to catch up with Sabre and chat for a bit.This is strange for me, but I didnt bother to take my camera in at Trax and did at the Jungle but no photo ops seemed to pop up but I do have the ones from Purple Heys. Poor C, I was trying to flirt and he was totally (apparently) oblivious, poor guy (wink).
